Prices are F.O.B. Chattanooga, Tennessee. All sales are subject to tax/guarantee of file.In the event of default and this account is turned over to an attorney for collection, customer agrees to pay all reasonable charges (attorney’s fee and court costs) for collection in addiction to charges in full for services rendered and listed hereon.

Interest will be added for past due accounts at the rate 1-1/2% per month from due date. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

Tennessee Enterprises, INC. ships Freight by Furniture Lines ($500.00 minimum per Order)

We offers different freight options, and are mainly based on which state you are located in.

We cannot offer a guaranteed freight rate on shipments, but we do our best to obtain the best rates possible for each given area, however all freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.Please contact us and speak with our customer service department to discuss your options.

Tennessee Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible to freight damage. Freight damage is the responsibility of the common carrier. All damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading. Claims must be filed with freight carrier within five (5) working days of delivery. Concealed damage must be noted with the freight line within fifteen (15) days of delivery. DEDUCTIONS MAY NOT BE TAKEN ON INVOICES FOR FREIGHT DAMAGED ITEMS.
